- Forging Equipments: Gravity Drop & Pneumatic Hammer upto 10 tons capacity. Forging presses upto 5000 ton capacity, Ring Rolling, Open Die & upsetting Hammers, Screw Presses upto 2500 tons capacity.
- Heating: oil Fired and Inclination Heating of Raw Material.
- Fettling / Cleaning Equipment: Coining & Trimming Presses, Sand Blasting, Chemical Cleaning.
- Heat Treatment: Annealing, normalizing, surface & through Hardening, Induction Hardening, Gas/Pack Carburizing, Nitriding.
- Testing: Spectrometer, Chemical Wet Analysis, Microscope, Radiography, X-Ray, Hardness Tests, Tensile, Impact Testing, Magna-flux Crack detector, Leak/Pressure testing.
- Secondary Operation: Machining- CNC, VMC, Plating-Zinc, Nickel, Chrome, Tin, etc.
